How We Started

Nationwide Incorporators® is a recent entry into the online incorporation service business. The incorporation and other business formation services that it provides, however, date back to 1972. The founder of the company is an experienced corporate attorney who began the private practice of law in 1972. His business practice entailed every aspect of business law from corporate formation and counseling, to securities law, to handling complex business litigation.

California Incorporators® Is Established

California Incorporators® was launched in 1996 to exclusively provide business formation services, including general business corporations, professional corporations, nonprofits and limited liability companies.

California Incorporators® does not advertise. Its business has been built through the establishment of a network of certified public accountants throughout the state of California who continually refer their clients. Our business has grown significantly each year through the expansion of our CPA network by word of mouth recommendations from other accountants, as well as referrals from business owners who have been so satisfied with our services and the personal attention they received.

California Incorporators® Expands Nationally to Become Nationwide Incorporators®

With our venture onto the Internet, we have expanded the reach of our incorporation services to focus on a truly national operation. We felt a new moniker was appropriate to reflect our national operation, and we will now continue with this dual identity.

Our national scale will serve to expand the focus of our core operation, not alter it. We pride ourselves on delivering truly personalized, comprehensive incorporation services at very reasonable prices. While others decline to personalize corporate documents for you, or perform a number of services that are required for the proper formation and operation of your corporation because of the additional time required, this is a service that California Incorporators® has always provided. Nationwide Incorporators® will continue this tradition in its national operation. We will never become an "incorporation mill" that mass produces articles of incorporation without personalizing your other corporate documents or completing and processing other incorporation requirements for you.

We will always focus on quality over volume. Other incorporation service companies compete to offer the lowest cost in an effort to continually increase volume. The quality of their product and services is necessarily sacrificed in this competition. Our objective is not to be the cheapest or the volume leader, but rather to continue to be the leader in quality while maintaining reasonable prices.

I take great pride in my work. That was true when I began practicing law in 1972 in a firm specializing in corporate, franchising and real estate law, when I was in-house counsel for many years for one of California's largest privately owned real estate developers, and when I formed California Incorporators® in 1996.

No corporate document leaves our office unless I have personally reviewed and approved it, and this will be true for yours as well. Most other incorporation service companies provide little information about who is handling your incorporation. With Nationwide Incorporators®, you have the confidence of knowing that an experienced attorney handles every incorporation.
