SECURE SITE

Our site uses an online secure questionnaire for clients to complete. When your service request is placed through our secure online server, or you send us an email, we collect confidential client information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all service request information you input before it is sent to us. When you send us an email (as distinguished from a secure questionnaire, which is encrypted), it is not necessarily secure and is not encrypted. All of the client data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

 

During the process of delivering content to you, we do not collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. We do not require any information from you to simply access the information on our website. In order to evaluate our website and make improvements or changes to content, our Web Hosting company collects certain types of non-personally identifiable information, such as your browser type, your computer operating system, the pages that you access and the sequence in which you accessed each page. This information is collected for statistical reporting purposes only, and is not connected in any way to your personal information.

The client information that is collected to process your service request might include contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address); corporate information (business name and description of business, information regarding directors, officers, members, stockholders and registered agent and information regarding shares of stock and par value); and financial information (name on account, credit card number and expiration date), depending upon the nature of your service request. If you request us to obtain your corporation’s tax identification numbers and/or make an S corporation election for tax purposes, your service request will require us to obtain personal information including social security numbers.

The contact information, corporate information, financial information and personal information from the questionnaire are used to process your request. The client's contact, corporate, financial and personal information is private and confidential. All information is secured and maintained on-file in our corporate office in Encino, California and is sometimes used to contact the client for purposes of completing the services requested by the client. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the client and this information is not shared with anyone outside of our company, except the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders and the state and/or federal office to which the requested documents will be submitted.

DISCLOSURE TO OUTSIDE PARTIES

Aggregate statistics about our clients, sales, traffic patterns and related site information may be provided to reputable third parties, but these statistics contain no personally identifying information. Nationwide Incorporators® will not release any client contact, personal, corporate or financial information to third parties other than as part of the documents or forms required to be submitted to state or federal agencies in connection with the processing of your particular service request, or when such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, or to otherwise protect the rights, property or safety of Nationwide Incorporators®, our clients or other third parties.

COOKIES

We do not use cookies or place any type of tracking material on your computer. We, may, from time to time, partner with other websites or permit outside companies to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies (pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record keeping purposes while at the site).
